Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers concerning diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Assess vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Score the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Confirm whether reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and provide concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks within the established timeline and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Currently practicing as a physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
