Physician, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate cases from various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractor options.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning paths and develop concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project responsibilities by established deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment knowledge in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and utilization of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• CV must be submitted in English.

• Candidates must not be medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
