Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap responses related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning is based solely on the facts presented in the vignette to arrive at the answer.

• Provide correct reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Commit to an estimated workload of approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician.

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not appropriate for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Tasks must be submitted punctually and must meet the specified acceptance criteria.
