This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor “trap” options across diagnosis and treatment scenarios.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by adjudication by physicians.

• Complete tasks within specified deadlines and adhere to established acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with either an MD or DO degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Hold board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is required; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the ability to apply evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
