Physician, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer disclosure, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Confirm if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete assignments by specified deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Possess board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level is preferred.

• Demonstrate extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning abilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the use of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• CV must be submitted in English.

• Not eligible if you are a medical student, unlicensed medical graduate, non-physician clinician, or non-clinical healthcare professional.
