Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and misleading answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Test, assess, and enhance medical AI systems for leading technology organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Capability to meet task deadlines and fulfill listed acceptance criteria.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
