Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with related questions, proposed responses, and distractor options across diagnostic and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness of answers, gradeability, whether the vignette provides the answer, and quality of distractors.

• Ensure that reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by adjudication by a physician.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project periods.

• Meet submission deadlines and fulfill acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Achieve board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Demonstrate extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment knowledge in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question assessment, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.

• Ability to complete tasks within deadlines and meet specified acceptance criteria.
