This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractor answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning pathways lead to answers solely based on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning traces and create concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance medical AI tools through evaluation of realistic clinical complexities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Possess board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Demonstrate extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam question analysis, or medical annotation/quality assurance is an advantage.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Tasks must be completed by deadlines and satisfy the specified acceptance criteria.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
