Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractor answers in relation to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning paths and create concise rationales.

• Collaborate within three independent blind reviews, followed by adjudication from physicians.

• Ensure timely submission of tasks and adherence to specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Proficient clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Strong command of written English (C1+).

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating the level of English proficiency.

• Not appropriate for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
