Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and misleading trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate benchmark-item quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer disclosure, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning processes lead to answers derived solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three separate blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks within the established timeline and acceptance criteria.

• Engage in a time-constrained, project-based AI evaluation initiative for leading tech companies facilitated by Mindrift.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified upon onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Currently practicing physician residing outside the US.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
