Physician MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap responses related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap responses.

• Verify that reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and provide concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks within the established timeline and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Current, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-checked every month.

• Must be an actively practicing physician.

• Board certified or have completed residency training.

• Recent hands-on patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
