This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and misleading “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Assess cases across various systems, including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Score the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Confirm if the reasoning leads to the answer solely based on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Submit tasks by specified deadlines and adhere to established acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is required; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
