This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the administrative lifecycle of physician and provider services agreements for designated markets and specialties.
• Maintain inventories and records of physician contracts in Symplr/Meditract.
• Monitor effective dates, expiration dates, renewal and termination notice periods, amendments, and follow-up actions.
• Facilitate internal and external signature routing and track execution status.
• Distribute finalized documents and verify repository storage.
• Manage fair market value review requests and documentation for the Physician Contract Review Committee.
• Assist Legal, Finance, Compliance, and market leadership with necessary information.
• Administer contractual performance and quality metric payments.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Quality, Finance, operational leaders, and provider groups.
• Maintain definitions of metrics, data sources, results, approvals, and at-risk compensation support.
• Aid in physician payment administration by collecting invoices, schedules, timesheets, calculations, approvals, and necessary documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues for resolution.
• Conduct first-line contract-to-payment validation and quality checks on workflows.
• Act as an operational contact for physician groups, practice administrators, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, Quality, Analytics, and market leadership.
• Organize meetings, track action items, and resolve issues.
• Engage in process improvement, standardization, training, and cross-coverage initiatives across markets.
• Provide recruitment assistance or other specialized workflows as assigned.
• Candidates with experience in accounts payable, auditing, or contract administration are highly preferred.
• Experience in reviewing contracts/amendments and facilitating contract-related payments is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in contract administration, accounts payable, healthcare administration, physician contracting, legal support, or related fields is required.
• Experience in physician contracting or physician payment administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with a contract management system, ideally Symplr/Meditract, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Workday or another enterprise finance or human resources platform is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and 365 is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge in contract lifecycle administration.
• Understanding of contract document comprehension.
• Experience with physician payment documentation and OnBase entry.
• Ability to calculate performance and quality metric incentives.
• Competence in deadline and renewal tracking.
• Effective stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize work queue tasks.
