This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage physician contract inventories and maintain contract records in Symplr/Meditract.
• Monitor agreement effective dates, expiration dates, renewal and termination notice periods, amendments, and follow-ups.
• Facilitate internal and external signature routing along with document distribution.
• Ensure that final documents are stored in the correct repository.
• Oversee fair market value review requests and documentation for the Physician Contract Review Committee.
• Provide necessary information to Legal, Finance, Compliance, and market leadership.
• Administer payments related to contractual performance and quality metrics.
• Maintain definitions of metrics, data sources, results, approvals, and support for at-risk compensation.
• Assist in physician payment administration by collecting invoices, schedules, timesheets, calculations, approvals, and other necessary documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and direct unresolved issues for resolution.
• Conduct initial contract-to-payment validation and quality checks on workflows.
• Act as an operational liaison for physician groups, practice administrators, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, Quality, Analytics, and market leadership.
• Organize meetings, action items, and resolutions for issues.
• Engage in process improvements, standardization, training, and cross-coverage across different markets.
• Provide recruitment assistance or manage specialized workflows as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• A minimum of two years in contract administration, accounts payable, healthcare administration, physician contracting, legal support, or similar experience (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with a contract management system, ideally Symplr/Meditract (preferred).
• Experience with Workday or an equivalent enterprise finance or human resources platform (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Office 365 (preferred).
• Knowledge in contract lifecycle management.
• Understanding of contract documents.
• Experience with physician payment documentation and OnBase entry.
• Ability to calculate performance and quality metric incentives.
• Skills in tracking deadlines and renewals.
• Coordination with stakeholders.
• Prioritization of work queues.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in physician contracting or physician payment administration (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, legal studies, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
