Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through SteadyMD's services, which encompass urgent care, weight management, lab reviews, remote monitoring, and primary care.

• Perform evaluations using video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication methods with patients across all age groups (adults and pediatrics).

• Support a diverse patient demographic while demonstrating inclusivity and adhering to evidence-based clinical practices.

• Uphold a compassionate, patient-centered approach in the delivery of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in a minimum of 5 states, with a mandatory license in California (CA).

• Must hold a license in the state of residence.

• Board Certified, specifically by the NCCPA.

• At least 2 years of independent, in-person practice experience as a PA.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in weight loss medicine, with a preference for those who have prescribed GLP1 agonists.

• A background in Internal or Family Medicine is preferred.

• Preference for candidates who are comfortable managing complex chronic conditions.

• Experience in telemedicine or virtual care is preferred.
