Physician AI Tutor, Clinical Case Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases.

• Ensure timely submission of accepted tasks in accordance with established acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the relevant medical board.

• Must have board certification or successfully completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level is preferred.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Experience with medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• This opportunity is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare positions.

• Tasks must be submitted on time and adhere to specified acceptance criteria.
