Physical Therapy Assistant – Idaho Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote monitoring services to support patients as they navigate their home-exercise therapy regimen.

• Guide and assist users in therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training utilizing our technology platform.

• Offer continuous feedback to the evaluating clinician regarding patient progress outside the clinical setting.

• Maintain essential records and notes while conducting remote monitoring.

• Contribute to enhancing processes and functionality of the platform.

• Organize and oversee a caseload while ensuring efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal health is advantageous.

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.

• Hold an active PTA license in Idaho.

• Proficient in technology - excel in a multi-platform environment, easily transitioning between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) seamlessly.

• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a bonus.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collect and present impactful data to inform decisions.

• Strong capabilities in relationship-building and listening.

• Demonstrated patient-centric approach; a genuine enthusiasm for the user experience.

• Capacity to multi-task and manage different types of users effectively.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to influence change and bring positivity and enthusiasm to the workplace.
