Physical Therapist / PTA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide treatment for PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients in a home setting.

• Administer physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring for patients requiring knee and lumbar braces.

• Perform six in-person brace fittings, which include intake, fitting, and follow-up processes.

• Utilize a screening tool to identify eligible candidates among previously seen patients.

• Guide patients in the use of orthopedic bracing devices.

• Facilitate remote teletherapy sessions and monitoring.

• Offer care to patients referred by PeteDME following the completion of six fittings.

• Collaborate with in-home therapists and assist with PeteDME’s prescription, benefit verification, and administrative processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state of practice.

• Currently employed in home health or a similar in-home environment.

• Responsible for evaluating and delivering treatment.

• Conduct six in-person brace fittings on patients within your existing caseload before initiating teletherapy referrals.

• Capability to operate as an independent contractor while maintaining current employment.
