Physical Therapist – Outpatient

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist patients in achieving their objectives through tailored treatment strategies.

• Manage a reasonable caseload that allows for the time and flexibility necessary to provide thoughtful, personalized treatment.

• Engage in mentorship and leadership development initiatives.

• Employ AI-assisted documentation to enhance patient care effectively.

• Collaborate with support staff while working in a cutting-edge environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State or eligible for licensure.

• Capability to assess a patient’s need for physical therapy and formulate an appropriate treatment plan.

• Deliver suitable care and treatment to patients in accordance with the physician's care plan, agency policies, and professional standards.

• Experience in training family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in proper physical therapy techniques.

• Required Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
