This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and enhance high-volume photography using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to meet studio standards.

• Execute exposure and color correction, white balance, contrast and tonal adjustments, sharpening, and noise reduction.

• Adjust verticals, perspective, and lens distortion while ensuring a natural and realistic appearance.

• Conduct meticulous retouching, including object removal, clean-ups, reflections, and addressing minor distractions as requested.

• Employ masks, layers, selections, and non-destructive workflows; perform bracket blending, window/detail balancing, and sky replacement when necessary.

• Utilize Adobe Firefly and other authorized AI platforms to enhance production efficiency and quality.

• Review AI-generated outputs for artifacts, inconsistencies, unrealistic details, and adherence to brand quality standards.

• Maintain disciplined file handling across downloads, working files, exports, uploads, and archives.

• Adhere to naming conventions, folder structures, export specifications, version control, and delivery protocols.

• Manage large sets of images and identify missing, corrupt, or unusual files.

• Safeguard client materials and uphold confidentiality.

• Use Adobe Illustrator for production graphics and studio templates.

• Create clear and accurate, presentation-ready floor plans in line with Impress Photography's formatting and branding standards.

• Verify floor plan labels, room names, line work, alignment, spelling, and overall presentation quality.

• Conduct final quality-control checks prior to submission.

• Follow written instructions, job notes, examples, and feedback meticulously.

• Communicate effectively in English regarding unclear briefs or production challenges.

• Prioritize tasks when multiple jobs are due and escalate potential deadline risks.

• Engage in strategy and consulting meetings on technical matters for both company and client interests.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional photo editing experience in a commercial or production setting.

• Strong practical proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, including color correction, exposure adjustments, retouching, masking, layers, selections, object removal, and image clean-up.

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom for processing and editing large volumes of images.

• Experience with Adobe Firefly or other AI-assisted photo editing tools is highly desirable, with the capability to review and refine AI-generated outcomes to ensure they meet professional standards.

• Strong visual judgment, with an eye for color, exposure, composition, consistency, realism, and overall image presentation.

• Capacity to handle high-volume image production, with an expected workload of approximately 60–80 images/jobs per day when done manually, potentially increasing to around 100+ with AI-assisted workflows.

• Strong file management and production discipline, including organizing, naming, processing, uploading, and managing large volumes of image files accurately.

• Ability to follow detailed editing instructions, job briefs, mark-ups, and established production standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

• Capability to work independently, manage daily workloads, and meet production deadlines.

• Reliable computer equipment and a stable internet connection suitable for processing large image files and remote production work.

• Willingness to adhere to Australian business/production requirements and quality standards.

• Must be comfortable working as part of a pioneering production team in the Philippines and contributing to the development of local operations.

• Must possess their own working equipment for this role.

• Experience editing photography for the Australian market, particularly with an understanding of Australian property presentation standards.

• Experience with real estate/property photography is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with drone and aerial photography, including drone property imagery.

• Experience with portrait photography.

• Experience working with helicopter/aerial photography.

• Experience creating or editing floor plans using Adobe Illustrator.
