Phone Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Greet all incoming calls with a professional and friendly tone, including the appropriate company name.

• Carry out designated outbound calls.

• Identify caller requirements and determine if storage is necessary.

• Adhere to call-handling protocols, review operator notes, address concerns, facilitate the sale, and create a sense of urgency to enhance bookings.

• Assist callers throughout the sales journey and suggest appropriate storage options.

• Repeat or spell out caller information for clarity.

• Conduct a thorough wrap-up at the end of each call, reviewing the size of the unit held and the caller's expected arrival date.

• Clarify rental prerequisites, office and access hours, along with rental features and advantages.

• Foster positive relationships with callers through attentive listening and effective communication.

• Achieve key performance metrics concerning call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Keep updated on service features, procedures, and advantages.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

• Proficient in completing assigned outbound calls.

• Ability to adhere to trained call-handling practices, operator notes, and the five agreements.

• Competence in understanding caller needs and suggesting appropriate storage solutions.

• Skill in articulating rental requirements, office hours, access hours, features, and benefits.

• Open to feedback and eager to improve and acquire new knowledge.

• Strong active listening and communication abilities.

• Capacity to meet KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Familiarity with service features, procedures, and benefits, or a willingness to learn them.

• Persuasive and resilient, able to navigate objections and handle rejection effectively.
