This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Professionally respond to all incoming calls, providing a warm greeting and assurance of assistance.

• Utilize the correct company name during greetings.

• Carry out assigned outbound calls as needed.

• Identify callers’ requirements and assess whether storage solutions are necessary.

• Adhere to established call-handling protocols, operator notes, five agreements, sales strategies, and urgency-enhancing techniques.

• Assist callers throughout the sales journey and suggest appropriate storage options.

• Confirm and/or spell out caller information back to them for accuracy.

• Conduct a thorough end-of-call summary, covering the size held and move-in date.

• Clarify rental criteria, office hours, access times, and the features and benefits of services offered.

• Foster positive connections with callers through active listening and strong communication skills.

• Achieve key performance indicators related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on service features, procedures, and benefits.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
