Pharmacy Technology Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of pharmacy technology strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency while aligning with business objectives.

• Execute foundational responsibilities such as data entry, monitoring deliverables, and organizing technical documentation.

• Recognize and escalate basic technical issues, developing the ability to evaluate their potential impact on the business.

• Aid pharmacy technology projects by documenting requirements and tasks effectively.

• Ensure version control and the precision of technical documentation and system updates.

• Participate in onboarding and technical training sessions to gain familiarity with pharmacy systems and workflows.

• Comprehend how technical processes are aligned with regulatory and policy standards.

• Provide support for pharmacy platforms and applications, including system connectivity and access, as well as operational data feeds.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on enhancements, requirements gathering, testing, and issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Equivalent professional experience is defined as four years of relevant work experience.

• A minimum of three years of experience in the Healthcare Industry is required.

• At least two years of experience with operational analysis, design, and an understanding of integrated, interdependent, and interfaced systems and their interrelations.

• Ability to assist with technology implementation and task execution effectively.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and version control.

• Strong capability to identify and escalate technical issues.

• Ability to support project coordination and facilitate team collaboration.

• Commitment to enhancing technical knowledge and compliance awareness.

• Availability for after-hours or weekend support may be required for production releases and significant outages.
