Pharmacy Technician Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned pharmacy team.

• Carry out designated frontline, daily responsibilities.

• Offer training on departmental tasks to new employees, cross-trainees, and current team members in need of assistance.

• Oversee the execution of cross-training by coordinating communication and scheduling with designated trainees.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of training guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist leadership in evaluating and enhancing team member performance.

• Set an example and support the goals of both the company and the department.

• Drive results and maintain consistent team performance standards.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Certification as a Technician with the local Board of Pharmacy.

• Demonstrated experience in departmental workflows and processes.

• Previous experience with ExactCare's operational workflow and processes in the assigned department is highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of claims adjudication and strategies to overcome rejections.

• Capacity to adapt to various training outcomes.

• Ability to create training schedules and programs that align with departmental goals and expectations.

• Proficient in multitasking and supporting various operations tasks.

• Willingness to work an average of 40 hours per week, including outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis.
