Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately enter and update prescription and patient information within pharmacy systems.

• Assist in managing medication inventory and maintaining digital records.

• Provide support with administrative tasks such as verifying insurance details, addressing patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

• Oversee digital documentation processes including scanning, filing, and organizing pharmacy records.

• Conduct basic data verification and quality checks to ensure precision.

• Work collaboratively with team members remotely to enhance pharmacy operations.

• Uphold confidentiality and security regarding sensitive patient and pharmacy information.

• Develop and refine workflows related to pharmacy data management.

• Execute detailed data analysis and prepare reports.

• Mentor and train new team members in a remote setting.

• Facilitate communication across different departments and pharmacy teams.

• Assist in the implementation of best practices and tools for remote work.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Proficient with technology and eager to learn pharmacy management software.

• Dependable, self-driven, and capable of managing time efficiently.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote pharmacy support or administrative positions.

• Familiarity with pharmacy software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools (CRM, inventory systems).

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage remote projects.
