Pharmacy Strategy Advancement Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver data-driven strategic guidance to pinpoint and tackle business challenges and opportunities.

• Offer business intelligence and strategic planning assistance for various business segments or the entire organization.

• Spearhead initiatives that analyze intricate business issues utilizing both internal and external data.

• Identify, interpret, and generate actionable recommendations and plans derived from data analysis.

• Provide expertise or connect with subject matter experts for cross-functional initiatives.

• Ensure that policies and procedures are in alignment with the corporate vision.

• Select, nurture, and assess personnel to guarantee the efficient functioning of the department.

• Counsel executives in formulating functional strategies.

• Apply independent judgment and decision-making capabilities on complex matters.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in strategy, pharmacy, or healthcare.

• At least 2 years of experience in project leadership.

• A strong passion for enhancing consumer experiences within an organization.

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

• Prior experience in pharmacy benefit management, mail-order, retail, or specialty pharmacy is preferred.

• A minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Ability to work from a dedicated area free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
