This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create, oversee, and sustain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other reference materials for internal communications.
• Assist in both internal and external reporting and analysis related to departmental activities.
• Help draft visual representations of processes and amendments to existing procedures.
• Execute additional operational and administrative tasks as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with Pharmacy Operations teams, including Policy & Project, Regional Managers, Ops Leads, Vendor Management, and Partner/Programs.
• Partner with Facilities Management to aid in and lead pharmacy renovations and building projects.
• Adapt quickly to manage new or unexpected projects with agility.
• Conduct background research and analysis, preparing materials that support pharmacy operations.
• Assist the VP of Operations with various tasks and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of care that aligns with the mission of simplifying access to specialty care.
• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• A strong understanding of BioScript Pharmacy operations is considered an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage files and issues across various locations.
• Effective time management skills and capability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adjust schedules based on needs and circumstances.
• Capability to process a high volume of information and responsibilities.
• Unwavering attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented and adaptable, with a willingness to support challenges as necessary.
• Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Bilingualism in French and English may be necessary based on role, location, and organizational requirements.
