This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in tracking operational records, inventory, and both 340B and non-340B purchasing accounts.

• Ensure that software and tools function effectively and accurately.

• Provide troubleshooting support and maintenance for client software.

• Manage the CDM/Crosswalk for new products/NDCs and changes to products.

• Guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of utilization reports and the charging process.

• Foster knowledge-sharing and offer recommendations to address issues and facilitate improvements.

• Assist with project-based research, analytics, creation of deliverables, and scheduling.

• Collect information and analyze data related to client projects.

• Engage in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill engagements on time.

• Deliver operational support for various services within the Visante 340B portfolio.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field or practical background.

• Familiarity with multiple 340B third-party administrator (TPA) platforms, such as Macro Helix, Verity, Craneware, Cervey, PharmaForce, Pillr, Omnicell, Walgreens, Wellpartner, and Aventi.

• Experience in reviewing medical records across various EMR systems, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athena, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Epic Willow Ambulatory.

• Apexus ACE certification required within 3 months of hire.

• Prior experience in a hospital, health system, covered entity, or grantee organization is highly preferred.

• Experience with large data sets to detect discrepancies and anomalies is highly preferred.
