This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the resolution of standard and moderately complex medical information inquiries by utilizing approved content, response protocols, and documentation standards.

• Review and update scientific response materials, knowledge resources, and documentation records.

• Capture, triage, document, and escalate adverse events, product quality complaints, and other reportable safety information within mandated timelines.

• Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, safety, and operational teams.

• Suggest and execute approved revisions to templates, checklists, routing procedures, and workflow controls.

• Guide junior team members and reinforce updated procedures and documentation expectations.

• Analyze inquiry trends and service data to identify enhancements in workflow and knowledge delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical information, drug information, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs support, clinical services, healthcare operations, scientific communications, or a related field is required.

• An Associate's degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, pharmacology, life sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, or a related field is preferred.

• Certification in medical information, drug information, pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or a comparable qualification is preferred.

• Certification in clinical research, clinical operations, scientific communication, medical writing, quality management, quality systems, or an equivalent is preferred.
