This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Engage healthcare professionals through in-person meetings, virtual interactions, and digital tools.
• Offer expertise on products and approved medical conditions utilizing complex on-label information.
• Act as the primary liaison for healthcare provider customers.
• Report directly to the Area Business Lead.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams.
• Direct customers to Customer Service Specialists and other colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure that customer inquiries are addressed and gather feedback on engagement quality.
• Organize speaker programs.
• Coordinate local provider groups to share experiences and outcomes.
• Elevate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
• Work with the ecosystem team to refine targeting and call point strategies.
• Leverage customer insights to guide local strategy and business objectives.
• Conduct proactive outreach regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidelines.
• Analyze territory and business data to uncover opportunities and set priorities.
• Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Utilize approved promotional materials and technical references during office visits and sales presentations.
• Build rapport with office and practice staff while providing accurate information.
• Network with professional organizations and key opinion leaders.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Prior experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD is preferred.
• Experience in launching new products or indications is a plus.
• Must live within a 50-mile commuting distance from the primary city in the sales territory.
• Previous cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences or a related field.
• 4 or more years of sales experience with healthcare providers, ideally representing multiple products.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment undergoing change.
• Proven success in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Capability to execute business activities in accordance with company policies and guidance.
• Ability to assimilate and convey complex clinical and product information.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Overnight travel may be required based on territory geography.
