This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with healthcare providers utilizing in-person, virtual, and digital resources.
• Act as the main contact for HCP customers.
• Perform proactive outreach regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care recommendations.
• Direct inquiries to colleagues, such as Customer Support Services, as necessary.
• Coordinate speaker programs.
• Organize local provider groups for discussions with regional and local leaders.
• Ensure that customer requests are fulfilled and gather feedback on their engagement.
• Work with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point strategies in compliance with regulations.
• Leverage customer insights to shape local strategies and business objectives.
• Communicate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
• Analyze territory and business conditions using competitive data, business reports, sales figures, and promotional budgets.
• Educate office staff about payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Utilize approved promotional materials and technical references effectively.
• Cultivate relationships with office and practice personnel.
• Conduct balanced office visits and sales presentations aimed at helping HCPs improve patient outcomes.
• Report directly to the Area Business Lead and collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must possess at least one of the following experiences: 2+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; candidates with less experience may be considered if they successfully complete the Otsuka ReadyNow program.
• 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement environments.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN, or similar roles) with demonstrated patient-facing, medical education, or therapy-focused responsibilities.
• Capability to communicate intricate clinical information, influence stakeholders, and convert scientific data into clear, actionable value propositions.
• Strong dedication to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards.
• Ability to execute business tasks in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Proficiency in assimilating and communicating complex clinical and product information.
• Must live within a commutable distance of 50 miles from Columbus, GA.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Daily field travel by car is required.
