This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Directly report to the respective Area Business Lead.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support while adhering to established guidelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for healthcare provider customers.
• Deliver intricate on-label information based on approved materials.
• Proactively reach out to healthcare providers regarding product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage with customers using virtual and digital tools, directing them to colleagues as necessary.
• Facilitate speaker programs.
• Organize local provider groups to share experiences and outcomes with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are fulfilled and gather feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate in compliance with the ecosystem team to modify targeting and call point strategies.
• Utilize customer-facing insights to shape local strategy and business objectives.
• Communicate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
• Analyze territory and business conditions using competitive data, business reports, sales figures, and promotional budget information.
• Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Utilize promotional materials and internal support resources effectively.
• Overcome objections and influence prescribing practices during office visits.
• Network with professional groups in the territory to identify potential key opinion leaders.
• Establish relationships with office and practice personnel.
• Conduct balanced office visits and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least one of the following: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated, clinical, or customer engagement settings; or 2+ years in clinical healthcare (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN, or similar) with proven patient-facing, medical education, or therapy-focused responsibilities.
• Must live within a 50-mile commuting distance from the primary city in the sales territory.
• Ability to travel is essential.
• Daily field travel by car is required.
• Knowledge of CNS is highly regarded.
• Capability to convey complex clinical information, influence stakeholders, and translate scientific data into clear, actionable value propositions.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and familiarity with regulatory standards.
• Ability to perform business activities in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Proficient in assimilating and communicating complex clinical and product information.
