This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the primary liaison for healthcare provider clients.
• Collaborate with team members in Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support departments.
• Perform proactive outreach to healthcare providers regarding product accessibility, on-label information, and established patient care protocols.
• Interact with customers through virtual and digital platforms and refer them to colleagues such as MSLs when necessary.
• Organize speaker programs.
• Arrange local provider meetings to discuss experiences and outcomes.
• Elevate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
• Utilize competitive data, business reports, sales statistics, and promotional budgets to monitor progress and identify opportunities.
• Establish short-term territory priorities and business strategies.
• Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Leverage promotional materials and internal support resources.
• Address objections and influence prescribing behaviors.
• Network with professional groups and key opinion leaders within the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with office and practice staff.
• Deliver comprehensive office calls and sales presentations utilizing approved marketing materials and technical references.
• Exhibit product and competitive knowledge to support healthcare providers in improving patient outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic and transforming environment.
• Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and mentoring colleagues or others.
• Strong commitment to ethical business practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards.
• Ability to carry out business activities in alignment with Company policies and guidelines.
• Competence in assimilating and conveying complex clinical and product information.
• Must live within a 50-mile commutable radius of Chattanooga, TN.
• Willingness to travel.
• Daily field travel by car is required.
