Pet Nutritionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Educate pet owners about Farmina nutrition, products, and tailored services through in-store promotions and local events.

• Assist retail partners by providing employee training, merchandising support, activations, and fostering ongoing relationships.

• Contribute to the success of Genius Center partners by enhancing employee engagement, increasing pet owner participation, recommendations, registrations, and sales.

• Collaborate with Farmina’s follow-up team to maintain pet owners' engagement with their pets’ nutritional objectives.

• Capture genuine photos, short-form videos, stories, and content showcasing retailers, pet owners, events, products, and KOL services.

• Establish connections with local retailers, pet professionals, influencers, Key Opinion Leaders, and community partners.

• Represent Farmina at retailer activations, local events, and community engagements.

• Oversee Genius Center activities, events, and local collaborations while striving to achieve territory goals.

• Relay retailer feedback, pet owner insights, competitor activity, and local opportunities to the broader team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel approximately 75% within an extended local territory.

• Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends and local events.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage pet owners, retailers, and pet professionals.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and producing photos, short-form videos, and social media content.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing a territory and schedule.

• Passionate about pet nutrition, cats, dogs, and the pet specialty community.
