Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload of personal injury cases independently across California state courts, from the initial filing to resolution.

• Prepare, draft, and present pleadings, motions, discovery documents, mediation briefs, and trial submissions.

• Conduct and defend depositions involving plaintiffs, defendants, medical experts, corporate representatives, and other witnesses.

• Leverage AI-driven legal tools and contemporary law firm technology to draft documents, analyze case strategies, and perform legal research.

• Participate in court hearings, arbitrations, mandatory settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an active member of the State Bar of California.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically concentrating on plaintiff-side personal injury cases.

• Preferred candidates will have first-chair trial experience.

• Candidates must currently reside in California.

• A quiet, dedicated home office is required, equipped for virtual court appearances and confidential client communications.
