Personal Care Aide

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Support clients with bathing, dressing, catheter emptying, grooming, and various daily living tasks.

• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement.

• Plan and prepare meals tailored to dietary requirements.

• Observe and document clients’ health status, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.

• Aid with mobility and transportation to appointments and activities.

• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.

• Adhere to care plans while maintaining client confidentiality and dignity.

• Engage in communication with clients, families, and team members.

• Deliver compassionate in-home care as a Personal Care Aide for ComForCare Home Health Care.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Caregiving certification is preferred.

• Previous experience in personal care or home health care is advantageous.

• Possess a compassionate and patient attitude with a sincere desire to assist others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Reliable transportation for commuting to clients’ residences.

• Must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver’s license and/or dependable transportation is required.
