Persian Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model regarding language scenarios

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the logical coherence of the content

• Capture error traces that can be reproduced

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Challenge advanced language models on various aspects of Persian, including grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, pragmatics, verb conjugation, sentence structure, ezāfe constructions, levels of register and politeness, regional dialects, and the Persian writing system

• Document instances of model failures to foster improvements in model reasoning

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Persian language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics

• In-depth knowledge of Persian verb conjugation, sentence structure, ezāfe constructions, levels of register and politeness, regional dialects, and the Persian writing system

• Capability to engage in conversations with language models on various language scenarios

• Competence in verifying factual accuracy and logical coherence

• Skill in capturing reproducible error traces

• Ability to recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Clear and metacognitive communication skills

• A master's degree or PhD in Persian language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred

• Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or practical involvement in linguistic analysis projects indicates suitability
