Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate comprehensive cross-channel performance marketing strategies for clients utilizing Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other pertinent platforms.

• Strategically plan, manage, and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators such as leads, ROAS, CPA, and revenue.

• Evaluate the impact of individual channels throughout the customer journey and allocate budgets with precision.

• Examine campaign data to pinpoint growth opportunities and establish specific optimization strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-impact ads and testing methodologies.

• Independently manage client relationships, present results in detailed reports, and act as a strategic partner.

• Identify potential improvements in funnels, tracking, attribution, and conversion processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency setting.

• Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads; additional expertise in Google Ads is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and successfully scale lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.

• Proficient understanding of cross-channel performance strategies and the synergistic functioning of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Able to confidently analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.

• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and clarify complex relationships effectively.

• Capable of working autonomously and methodically, with a strong emphasis on quality.
