This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage and take ownership of Google Ads campaigns targeting both residential and commercial sectors throughout regional Australia.
• Develop, enhance, and expand paid search campaigns, encompassing keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, ad structure, and conversion tracking.
• Improve CTR, CPC, Quality Scores, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Lead SEO efforts, which include on-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO enhancements, and content suggestions.
• Assist with website domain migration while maintaining SEO rankings and search visibility.
• Update and manage website content, landing pages, images, and copy via WordPress.
• Support the rollout and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign and lead data to provide actionable performance insights.
• Create regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and ROI.
• Collaborate on customer messaging, targeting strategies, and conversion opportunities.
• Review and enhance email marketing deliverability and customer communication workflows.
• Utilize AI tools and automation for reporting, research, and content management tasks.
• Proactively suggest improvements across marketing, advertising, and digital strategies.
• Operate within AU business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM from Monday to Friday.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing is required.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize paid search campaigns from scratch.
• Comprehensive understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, keyword planning, and campaign structure.
• In-depth SEO knowledge, including on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, and keyword research.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficient in managing and updating websites using WordPress.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make independent, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for results.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, reporting, workflow optimization, or content assistance.
• Disclose any current ongoing roles or client commitments.
• Represent this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
• Complete a practical technical assessment if shortlisted.
• Work remotely from home with a 100% remote setup.
