Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Job Brokers spread across various locations.

• Drive performance metrics, quality standards, and employment goals.

• Create a high-performing remote team through coaching, performance evaluations, feedback, and development initiatives.

• Foster employer engagement and drive the generation of job vacancies.

• Utilize performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint opportunities and address any areas of underperformance.

• Cultivate relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers, training providers, and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure that young individuals receive tailored support and are connected with sustainable employment opportunities.

• Encourage innovative employer engagement strategies, such as reverse marketing and customized opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and operational requirements.

• Uphold exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards in program delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams within a target-oriented environment.

• Background in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, employability, sales, or a comparable customer-facing role.

• Strong skills in performance management, with the capability to leverage data and KPIs for driving improvements.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to lead effectively across a remote or geographically distributed team.

• Solid understanding of local labor markets and employer recruitment requirements.

• Experience working with young people, employability programs, or disadvantaged groups is preferred.

• Familiarity with apprenticeships, placements, reverse marketing, or supported employment is an advantage.
