Performance & Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, manage, and enhance paid media initiatives across Meta, Google, and other pertinent channels for well-established eCommerce and DTC brands.

• Link campaign performance directly to financial and commercial results, going beyond mere platform metrics.

• Conduct analyses of performance, attribution, and incrementality to uncover avenues for profitable growth.

• Develop and implement systematic testing strategies across media, creative, audiences, offers, and other growth mechanisms.

• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate the commercial ramifications to clients.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's business framework, customer base, profit margins, market positioning, and growth limitations.

• Engage in continuous strategy discussions, technical training, and professional development activities.

• Depending on the role level, independently oversee campaigns, troubleshoot issues, conduct tests, manage testing roadmaps, campaign architecture, and budgetary decisions, offer counsel to founders and senior stakeholders, and integrate performance data with forecasting, contribution margin, LTV, cash flow, inventory, and promotional offers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in paid media, preferably with DTC/eCommerce brands.

• Proficient in Meta and Google Ads; experience with additional channels is advantageous.

• Have personally managed significant advertising budgets and can articulate the rationale behind decisions made.

• Skilled in diagnosing performance challenges, executing structured tests, and scaling campaigns informed by data insights.

• Experience across multiple accounts, channels, or brands, with an understanding of performance shifts at scale.

• Proven ability to communicate results and recommendations directly to clients, founders, or senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of or substantial exposure to CAC, LTV, contribution margin, MER/aMER, and payback periods.

• Solid foundation in eCommerce performance marketing.

• For the Senior Performance Marketer position: experience managing high-spend eCommerce accounts, typically exceeding $80K per month, and handling testing roadmaps, campaign architecture, budgetary decisions, and client interactions.

• For the Growth Strategist role: experience overseeing large, multi-channel eCommerce portfolios and linking performance data to forecasting, contribution margin, LTV, cash flow, inventory, promotional offers, and other commercial drivers.
