This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assess the performance of landing pages and identify particularly effective pages and products.
• Analyze conversion rates across various products and storefronts, examining user drop-off points.
• Investigate the sources of high-converting and returning users.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns and advertisements across all products, including conducting last-click analyses.
• Provide insights to the Marketing team regarding what strategies are effective and which are not.
• Establish analyses for new marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain growth dashboards, such as those using PostHog.
• Assist the Marketing team in utilizing self-service dashboards.
• Address ad hoc inquiries from Product and Marketing teams.
• Aid Product Managers with operational analysis tasks.
• Verify data for accuracy and report any anomalies found.
• Report directly to the Head of Data, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and the Data team.
• Practical experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create analyses or dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
• Around two years of professional experience as a Growth, Product, Marketing, or Data Analyst.
• Proficient in working with metrics related to conversion rates, ROAS, last-click attribution, and campaign/product performance.
• Experience in constructing dashboards that are utilized by others in their daily operations.
• Capability to work autonomously with poorly documented data and identify data-related issues.
• Ability to swiftly prioritize requests and articulate findings clearly.
• Basic technical knowledge and a willingness to embrace AI-assisted working methods.
• Programming skills are not required.
• Native-level German or at least C1 proficiency is essential.
• Proficient in English or at least B2 level.
• Must be able to work permanently from Germany.
• Required work authorization for Germany at the time of starting.
• Skills in SQL or Python, A/B testing, Google Tag Manager, and experience in a startup, e-commerce, or digital health environment are advantageous.
• A degree focused on business, economics, or a quantitative discipline is a strong asset.
