• Leverage specialized expertise to deliver insightful analysis and comprehend its implications for the business.

• Offer analysis and recommendations to leadership teams to guide business decision-making and aid in achieving long-term objectives.

• Utilize customer insights, colleague feedback, market intelligence, and pertinent operational data to conduct thorough analysis.

• Perform financial and headcount reporting, which includes monthly cost report verification, forecasting, budget preparation, cost control initiatives, business case development, and local analytical insights and commentary.

• Assist in people planning, encompassing capability, engagement, and communication strategies.

• Engage and influence stakeholders to guarantee optimal outcomes for the business.

• Present recommendations and decisions necessary for enhancing business performance.

• Analyze relevant Management Information (MI) and provide ad-hoc data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a business management, planning, or operational support role.

• In-depth understanding of Commercial and Institutional (C&I) Operations, including its functionality and interaction with the broader Chief Operating Office (COO) and C&I businesses.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing data, judgment, and business acumen to formulate practical solutions.

• Practical experience in workforce and financial planning, specifically with tools such as Workday and Adaptive Planning.

• Capability to cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, foresee their needs, manage upward communication effectively, and provide clear, actionable advice.

• Strong communication skills, able to distill complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
