Performance Advisory Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the Performance Advisory team and take ownership of the Performance Advisory Services P&L, which includes revenue recognition and client deliverables.

• Assist in sales, marketing, contracting, and pricing strategies to promote growth.

• Foster innovation for both new and existing consulting services, aiming for an annual growth rate of 5% or more.

• Recognize technology requirements, collaborate on technology decisions, and establish implementation timing and roadmap priorities.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Enhance Performance Advisor skills and reinforce coaching excellence.

• Improve organizational effectiveness.

• Engage in corporate programs and initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to professional, quality, security, and corporate standards, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university, along with 10 years of combined experience in healthcare consulting services, particularly in revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement, or denials management; OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution with a minimum of 14 years of combined experience in these areas.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of leadership experience managing distributed teams.

• At least five (5) years of direct P&L responsibility in healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement, or denials management.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring employment visa sponsorship.

• A Master’s degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Data Analytics is a preferred qualification.

• Additional qualification includes five (5+) years of experience collaborating with healthcare providers, health systems, health plans, or payer organizations in relevant healthcare sectors.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving transformation initiatives exceeding $1 million.

• Proven track record in managing data analytics and addressing client inquiries related to revenue projection, ROI, and benchmarking/norm setting.

• Current or previous RN, RHIA, or RHIT credential, or equivalent relevant healthcare experience.

• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, analytical, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
