This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment and talent pooling processes.
• Develop and sustain engaging talent pools while proactively sourcing candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable tools for candidate search and outreach initiatives.
• Identify candidates through communities, portfolios, referrals, and previous applicants.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess role suitability, seniority, communication skills, and potential red flags.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to coordinate and evaluate technical assessments.
• Craft role-specific interview questions, evaluation criteria, and realistic testing tasks.
• Organize interview scheduling, conduct interviews, and manage offer letters.
• Oversee candidate progress, feedback, documentation, and hiring data across various systems.
• Generate timely recruitment reports detailing time to hire, source of hire, stage conversion rates, and candidate drop-off metrics.
• Write and enhance job descriptions as necessary.
• Manage YOCTO’s careers page, LinkedIn company profile, job advertisements, and employer branding efforts.
• Develop and share employer branding content, including team stories, work practices, new hires, and key milestones.
• Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor candidate perceptions through applications, referrals, outreach reply rates, reviews, and feedback.
• Create and refine role-specific onboarding frameworks and checkpoints.
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, time off, and perks.
• Conduct pulse surveys, one-on-one meetings, and informal feedback discussions with employees.
• Act as an advocate for employees with leadership and promote necessary improvements.
• Support initiatives for anniversaries, promotions, recognition, engagement, and internal community projects.
• Maintain accurate employee records, organizational charts, and personnel files.
• Conduct structured offboarding and exit discussions, identifying patterns and areas for improvement.
• 3–4+ years of experience in Talent Operations and People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient hands-on skills with LinkedIn, including recruiter searches, job advertisements, outreach, and company page management.
• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs, such as HeyReach and TeamTailor.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
• Proven ability in proactive sourcing, building talent communities, and maintaining warm pipelines.
• Capable of creating operational documentation, interview scorecards, and onboarding frameworks from the ground up.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to data hygiene, organized record-keeping, and precise metrics.
• Good judgment in handling sensitive conversations and confidential information.
• Experience in agencies, consulting, or rapidly-growing companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with hiring for remote, international teams and experience in email marketing or DTC agencies is advantageous.
• Background in employer branding or managing LinkedIn content is beneficial.
• Understanding of performance-driven, high-standards environments is a nice addition.
• Ability to adapt to sudden hiring demands is a valuable asset.
