People Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee programs and initiatives within the global HR roadmap.

• Develop plans, milestones, workstreams, and establish clear ownership.

• Facilitate coordination across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments.

• Propel project decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Create scalable workflows and tools to enhance HR execution.

• Establish structure, drive actions, manage dependencies, and maintain team momentum.

• Collaborate with the distributed HR team and stakeholders globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.

• Outstanding attention to detail and robust systems for managing tasks.

• Capacity to innovate rather than simply maintain the status quo.

• Skill in fostering stakeholder alignment and accountability without relying on formal authority.

• Superior communication abilities, including the creation of clear plans, updates, and documentation.

• Team-oriented, low-ego individual dedicated to enhancing overall team performance.
