People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a strategic embedded partnership with sales and GTM leaders by aligning talent priorities with business outcomes.

• Assess the needs of teams, managers, and the organization to recommend solutions that align with business objectives.

• Lead talent management, compensation/reward initiatives, and retention strategies aimed at minimizing attrition in high-volume GTM settings.

• Collaborate with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and Centers of Excellence to create and implement strategic people solutions.

• Exemplify and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles as the company expands globally and opens new offices.

• Travel approximately once per quarter for leadership offsites, business strategy meetings, and essential team gatherings.

• Partner with executive leadership to facilitate strategic initiatives and address high-impact business challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in People Operations.

• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams (sales, customer success, or similar), or broader People experience (programs, talent, etc.).

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance work processes.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment and adjusting to shifts in focus and direction.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Competent in planning, scoping, and executing projects from design through to delivery.

• Experienced in leveraging data to derive insights and guide business decisions.

• Strong communication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Legal authorization to work at the company and in the specified work location.
