People & Culture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective operation of the People & Culture Department.

• Oversee and execute all aspects of departmental responsibilities to high standards.

• Enhance guest service and team experience.

• Address inquiries positively and resolve issues effectively.

• Design and implement people and culture initiatives that align with hotel objectives.

• Manage and evaluate the team lifecycle within the hotel.

• Promote a culture focused on growth, development, and performance.

• Take ownership of the People & Culture budget and training strategy.

• Assist in team performance evaluations alongside management.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

• Assess employee resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession plans.

• Offer suggestions to improve both individual and organizational performance.

• Ensure adherence to legal regulations and due diligence requirements.

• Plan, execute, document, and follow up on activities for both internal and external audits.
