This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Assist in ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent daily People Operations activities across North America.
• Keep precise employee records and data updated in HiBob.
• Manage regular employee lifecycle changes, such as transfers, terminations, and updates to compensation.
• Perform routine HRIS audits and uphold system-of-record documentation.
• Aid in HRIS testing and implementation projects.
• Prepare files for payroll input and generate change reports.
• Conduct pre- and post-payroll validation checks.
• Assist with Workers Compensation reporting and ensure compliance with tax and documentation requirements.
• Oversee the payroll process for North America, specifically for the US and Canada.
• Manage benefits, retirement contributions, time off, and leave transactions.
• Generate regular HR reports and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Address routine inquiries from employees and managers while resolving People Operations tickets.
• Escalate complex, sensitive issues related to policy, data, vendors, or systems to the Senior People Operations Manager.
• Contribute to People Operations projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient understanding of People Operations processes and the administration of the employee lifecycle.
• Solid grasp of HRIS, payroll, benefits, time-off, leave, and employee data management.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and HiBob is advantageous.
• Familiarity with U.S. payroll processes along with relevant federal and state compliance regulations.
• Capacity to adhere to established protocols while identifying potential issues or anomalies.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
