This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take full responsibility for the entire recruiting cycle for all current openings, encompassing sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and maintaining candidate communication.
• Oversee the time taken to fill positions and manage requisition throughput across the organization.
• Provide support to hiring managers and set expectations during periods of high volume or market-related challenges.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes and candidate funnels.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, candidate communication, payroll, and HR documentation.
• Process and manage biweekly payroll.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure payroll-related compliance, including tax withholding, multi-state SUI, and income withholding orders.
• Assist in performance management processes and maintain relevant documentation.
• Address employee relations cases and decide when to escalate issues or resolve them independently.
• Counsel managers and directors throughout the organization.
• Manage HRIS, ATS, and associated People Ops platforms, including their configuration, workflows, permissions, data integrity, and maintenance.
• Enhance People Ops processes and systems as the organization grows.
• Cross-train and provide backup support for onboarding, offboarding, promotions, records management, and other People Operations functions.
• Progress towards full ownership and management of HR and people-related processes under the strategic direction and oversight of the VP of People Operations.
• 5-8 years of experience in People Operations/HR, with direct, hands-on experience managing a Talent Acquisition function.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field, or equivalent additional directly related work experience in place of a degree.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools in actual recruiting or HR workflows.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• A history of efficiently moving requisitions and maintaining a low time-to-fill rate.
• Capability to function independently across multiple functions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR credentials are preferred.
• Experience with hands-on ATS and/or HRIS administration is preferred.
• Background in payroll processing and familiarity with ADP or comparable platforms is preferred.
• Experience with employee relations casework and performance management process design is preferred.
• Proven track record of building or significantly enhancing recruiting processes or systems is preferred.
• Experience in a lean or rapidly scaling organization is preferred.
• Experience in compensation management is preferred.
